Driving in Florida Requires an Insanity Check

It's bad enough that people are texting while driving; but when they don't pull away when the light turns green and you hit the  horn, twice, they hold up the phone and shake it like "Can't you see I'm on the phone?" I also heard a colleague complain that she is not required to make a right on red if she doesn't want to because she was trying to finish a text and thought it would be safer to sit at the light and finish. Don't worry about the people behind you waiting to turn to get to work or Dunkin Donuts.  Wow! After I explained my thoughts, we aren't on speaking terms anymore.
